Foldo Lamp
Another feature from the work of Thai designers of Thinkk studio. This time it is focused on the simplicity in design of the Foldo lamp. It was created by folded steel with a white powder coat finish, which becomes lamp shade and structure simultaneously. The wooden base produces a soft and warm reflection effect, which can also be used for storing small items or documents.

This is a pretty good critique until the last paragraph (you can stop reading a little bit early). The problem isn’t one of desire. It’s one of production!!! Why do we have planned obsolescence??? Hum???
Might want to ‘reuse’ this in my dissertation! (no I don’t mean copy, I mean cite, calm down dear)
